Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are a small family business and pretty much work at this 7 days a week, as such we aim to get all orders out within 1 to 2 working days.   We offer Free UK postage for all spends over £20.  

All posted orders will be  sent via Hermes Two Day service.  We do offer an express option, which will be processed within 1 day and sent First Class Recorded.   Orders made on Fridays or over the weekend are not likely to be collected by Hermes or Royal Mail until the Monday.  If your order is time critical please leave a note and we will see what we can do.

POSTAGE TO THE EU, USA or the UAE

This is calculated on weight.  Each item you add to your basket, has a weight associated with it, this will in turn amend the amount of postage charged.  Often for the best value for money, you can order up to the weight limit for each class.

Large Letter is up to 750g (around 7 snap bars).  A parcel is the next category and is up to 1.9kg (around 19 snap bars).  If you want to do a large bulk order, then please get in touch and we can look at other more cost effective ways of postage.

We are also not liable for any import/ customs charges in the EU, US or UAE.

Return & Exchange Policy

I'm not happy with the product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.  Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and any return is posted at your expense.  Please contact us via email or send us a message on Facebook or via this page.

My items has arrived damaged?

We try our best to ensure these delicate wax melts make it through the post intact.  Occasional they will break on route to you.  If you're not happy with the condition they arrive in, please let us know!  We would appreciate it if you can take a photo of the damaged items and include this in your message or email to us.  It helps us identify ways to protect them better in the future.

 

My item hasn't arrived?

Our processing time is seperate to the delivery time and is usually within 1 working day.  Postage for Hermes is often within 2 working days and first class is 1-2.  Sometimes we can experience delays to the postage services, especially around Christmas, where these times can be longer.  This is beyond our control and we will ask that 5 working days have passed before we are able to look into any 'loss in postage'.  Please feel free to contact us though, so we are aware and can advise on when the item would have been posted etc.
