Returns, Damages or Postal issues

I'm not happy with the product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product with 28 days of your order date and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.  Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and any return is posted at your expense.  Please contact us via email or send us a message on Facebook or via this page, before you return it.

My items has arrived damaged?

We try our best to ensure these delicate wax melts make it through the post intact.  Occasional they will break on route to you.  If your not happy with the condition they arrive in, please let us know!  We would appreciate it if you can take a photo of the damaged items and include this in your message or email to us.  It helps us identify ways to protect them better in the future.

My item hasn't arrived?

We offer free UK postage on all of our items, therefore ensuring there are no hidden extras on the price you see in the shop.  We use Royal Mail to send our items via their second class large letter or parcel service.  We do offer the option to use an express service, which will upgrade the delivery to first class services.  Our processing time is seperate to the delivery time and is usually within 1 working day.  Postage for second class is often 3-5 working days and first class is 1-2.  Sometimes Royal Mail experience delays to their services, especially around Christmas, where these times can be longer.  This is beyond our control and we will ask that 7 working days have passed before we are able to look into any 'loss in postage'.  Please feel free to contact us though, so we are aware and can advise on when the item would have been posted etc.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

Our company will never sell or giveaway any personal data to 3rd parties, however it should be noted that our company website is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Will you contact me?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
